      Returns & Refunds

       At Nazrah, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.

      1. Eligibility for Returns

      • Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date you receive your order.
      • To be eligible, products must be unused, in their original packaging, with the seal stickers intact, and in the same condition as received.
      • For hygiene reasons, opened fragrances will not be eligible for return.

      2. How to Initiate a Return

      • Contact our Customer Support through our contact form on the support page.
      • We will provide you with instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
      • Please securely package the item(s) and include your RAN with the return shipment.

      3. Refund Process

      • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
      • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
      • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

      4. Exchanges

      • If you wish to exchange a product, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the replacement.

      5. Damaged or Defective Items

      • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
